ALL 5th FRAMEWORK PROGRAM (FP5) CALLS
ARE CLOSED FOR SUBMISSION.
All FP5 Calls for Proposals published by the European Commission
are closed and their submission deadlines are over.
No FP5 proposal submitted after July 12th, 2002 (latest valid deadline)
will be evaluated by the European Commission.
The ProTool software with its components and plug-ins
can no longer be used to prepare or submit a proposal.
Therefore it is no longer available for download or on a CD-rom.
The ProTool Helpdesk and support mailbox are closed.
Other tools and procedures will be considered for the
6th Framework Program (FP6).
