ERA-NET Learning Platform and NETWATCH
ERA-NET Continuation Workshops - 8-9 November 2010, Brussels.
The 2-day workshops on continuation of ERA-NET networks aimed at:
- mapping and analysing the current state of the 71 ERA-NET networks established under FP6
- describing the main differences between the networks ongoing with or without EC-funding for coordination activities after the FP6 contract
- looking at the reasons why to cease a network
- explaining why networks (can) continue on a self-sustained basis, why they apply for additional external funding
In addition, recent evolution of national RTD programme coordination (Joint Programming, Article 185, ERA-NET Plus, ESFRI, European Technology Platforms) was the subject of several presentations and discussions.
