Objective
To develop open platforms, integrated systems and components for improved risk management, civil security applications (including threats from anti-personnel landmines), and environmental management. To foster the emergence of a European info-structure and service platforms which will facilitate the use of interoperable components and sub-systems. The work should contribute to the implementation of the GMES action plan, notably to the development of the part related to risk management.
