IPR Helpdesk
Established by the European Commission in September 1998, the IPR-Helpdesk’s task is to support contractors involved in EU-supported research projects on matters related to Intellectual Property Rights - IPR.
The IPR Helpdesk offers two main services - an informative website open to all interested parties, and a free-of-charge legal Helpline aimed at participants in EU-funded research under the Fourth & Fifth Framework Programmes and the Eureka initiative.
The IPR Helpdesk Web Site is available in English, French and German.
