A proposal for a Council Decision (COM(90) 648), submitted by the Commission on 21 December 1990, amends Decision 89/657/EEC (EUROTECNET) and Decision 90/267/EEC (FORCE) in order to establish a single Advisory Committee for continuing education and training to assist the Commission in implementing both the FORCE and the EUROTECNET programmes. The proposed committee shall be composed of two representatives from each Member State and chaired by the representative of the Commission. Twelve representatives of both sides of industry appointed by the Commission shall participate as observers.
