Objective By means of a wide research, listing the present professional profiles, and developments therein in the nearest future, of functions in the field of technical control in a part of the business comm. in which a senior secondary training is or will be required. On the basis of these present professional profiles, the desired qualification-requirements will be formulated. These qualification requirements form the starting point for developing training profiles, training strategies and training programmes later MAIN DOMAIN OF INNOVATION: Innovative training needs analysis with a special focus on core/key qualifications. The occupational profiles of "controlling-technicians" will be analysed and forecasted. The next step is to translate the profiles into qualification-profiles. TARGET GROUP(S): People at work.
