CONCORDIA, a horizontal project of the Telematics Application (TA) Programme, plans to derive the common telecommunications requirements which may be generated in the future by applications studied in TA projects of various sectors. These results are captured in reports named "Infrastructure Evolution Requirements" (IERs), to be submitted to a wider community of users for discussion, comments and final validation. The reports describe the general requirements for the future European telecommunications services and networks infrastructure. These requirements have been obtained by the CONCORDIA TAP project on the basis of a study carried out on a number of relevant emerging telematics applications within the TA Programme. The review is available to TAP participants at: URL: http://www.nectar.org/concord2/protect/1.2/index.htm
