Objective To train young people in handling automatised equipment and machines. To give a European dimension to the training. Target group : 12 boys, unemployed. Activities : 1400 hours of alternance-based training: 20 weeks at the centre, 13 weeks in a firm, and 4 weeks in Germany. Local partnership : 3 firms in the metallurgical sector, 2 schools, an adult vocational training centre, an employment agency, local councillors.
