Objective Development of a new system aimed at improving the assistance service to car drivers, that integrates the following subsystems:* Search of any member in an appropriate data base,* Location of collaborating companies,* File creation and tracking,* Assistance service,* Accident rate statistics and evaluation of insurance premium.Utilisation of a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and CASE Tools as well as new advanced technologies such as:* Geographical Information Systems,* Communications,* Image and document processing.The proposed development system can be also applied to provide assistance service to customers or members of other entities (insurance or medical associations ...) that implies a specialised Centre of attention for public in general.
