Objective The objective of the experiment is to first establish our maturity level by applying the SEI(Software Engineering Institute)'s Capability Maturity Model (an initial survey analysis puts it at level 1) and then, applying the SEI's methodology, take the necessary steps to increase the capability level to level 2 (repeatable).At the same time, the idea would be to acquire process improvement technology transfer in the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG), introducing changes to adapt to the Europe and establish continuous process improvement, finally distributing the results obtained.Four to six projects in the development area that cover Passenger Revenue Accounting, Accounting and Economic aspects and Passenger Commercial Management will be evaluated and the results will be applied to the Passanger Commercial Information System pilot projectThe experiment will cover the life cycle completely: development and management.
