Ingefor solid urban wastes without combustion treatment

Objective

1. The solid urban waste elimination.

2. Sterilization all rsu, grinded all rus, with obtaining glass, plastic, metal and ecologic combustible very inexpensive.

The solid urban wastes treatment plant includes, as an innovative process, a previous sterilization that eliminates all the pathogen elements that can be in the wastes. This treatment stops the aerobic or anaerobic fermentation which allows the process to be more flexible. The posterior classification is made with better physical conditions, obtaining glass, plastics, metals and ecologic combustible, optimizing also the working conditions.

The wastes are unloaded in a hopper with a steam curtain which eliminates the dust. They are carried by hermetic belt conveyors towards a crusher. At its exit there is the 'Esterotor', where the wastes are sterilized by steam. After this process the organic matter, paper and plastics are separated from glass and metals with a densimetric separator. Following, both groups are passed through a drier, where are attached better conditions for a second process of classifications. In the it plastics is separated from the paper and organic matter by a electrostatic separator.

With the paper and the organic matter an ecologic combustible is formed which emission of carbon dioxide is similar to the natural gas and the level of sulphur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide is null. Its calorific power is 3.517 Kcal/kg (with a 25% of humidity).

Beginning from this mixture of paper and organic matter can be also obtained fodder, more valuable in the market.

The ferric and non ferric metals are sorted by a electromagnetic and eddy current separator.

The glass could be commercialized to be recycled or if silicon dioxide is appended as sand for construction.
