Objective The aim of the project is to investigate the feasibility of establishing a network of leading European private sector consultants, NGO's and relevant institutions with regard to strengthening of know-how of photovoltaic energy technolopgy and to facilitate feasibility studies and pilot projects in the field of photovoltaics.
