I-Media-Cities Public Central Portal and Back Office for Researchers: Final Release

The final version of the I-Media-Cities portal, integrating all the functionalities for the Public Area and the reserved area for researchers.

Content metadata subsets selection and analysis of metadata schemas and vocabularies

An exhaustive report defining the different categories of metadata coming from multiple sources and relevant in the domain of the project. The report will also include a mapping of each in-house schema used by each collection-holding institution towards the common metadata standard. Metadata schemas and vocabularies will be refined and updated with new features and functions in the following months leading to Milestone and then D6.2.

D1.5 Data Management Plan (second update)

Quality Control, Risk Management and IPR Plan

This document establishes control criteria to assess on a regular basis progress made by the project and detect potential risks of deviations from the work-plan or failure to achieve its objectives. It foresees appropriate procedures to deal with deviations and to implement corrective measures. It also elaborates a sound plan for managing all IPR-related issues concerning the management of intellectual property.

Data Management Plan

The plan will illustrate the strategy that the consortium will follow for managing data and metadata produced within the project

D3.3 Dissemination and Communication Plan, Website (update)

A summary of the conducted dissemination activities, including the results from the monitoring process, short reports listing the aims of conferences/workshops and when relevant responses of the public, and also, possible future changes to the dissemination plan will be presented in M24.

The project website will be one of the main dissemination tools. It will serve both external stakeholders (which will have access to information about the project through the website) and the partners (as the website will have a members-only section, where partners will exchange documents and information) . It will also be the main entry point for the e-environments

D1.1 Quality Control, Risk Management and IPR Plan (first update)

This is the first update of D1.1 in M18. Updates elements concerning copyright will be detailed in an annex to this deliverable.

Dissemination and Engagement Actions report

It also summarises the activities performed, the results achieved and the bottlenecks encountered in the living lab work. Feedback elaborated both by the technical and research communities feeds back into an iterative process of platform (and its functionalities) design.

D1.1 QualityControl, Risk Management and IPR Plan (Final update)

Final update for D1.1. Updated elements concerning copyright will be detailed in an annex to this deliverable.

Handbook for collection preparation and upload

This is a protocol for researchers, in order to ensure sufficient harmonisation of practices in treating material from different collections, including formal procedures for content processing to be observed by FHIs and researchers

Central Public Portal first release

A first version of the Public portal that acts as the project communication and dissemination hub and that will evolve into the end user e-environment by gradually adding new functionalities during the course of the two development cycles foreseen. This is not a report but a demonstrator.

System Integration and deploy

This task will scout for, integrate and deploy all components adapted or implemented in the other technical WPs: the metadata repository designed and implemented in WP6 with the analysis components and tools output of WP7 and with the Visual Framework of WP5.

Content Selection and plan for Content enrichment

Based on a mapping and selection of relevant resources available in the collections, this structures the enrichment plan by cities, themes and other relevant domains

Final Release of the Metadata repository
