Wood modification by acetylation

Chemical modification of solid wood and wood fibres/particles by acetylation to obtain dimensional stability and resistance to biological degradation. Acetylated solid wood is produced in an automatic pilot plant with microwave heating and acetylated fibres in a continuous pilot plant with the capacity of 500 kg per hour.
