Knowledge- based regions and levels of governance

Ziel

KRELEGO proposes a dialogue between researchers and partners of 5 European regions (4 from EU,l from Norway) on interactions between levels of governance concerning RTDI strategies and policies at regional level: what is research in the regions ? What is its economic impact on the regional economy? Why and how regions authorities have (or not) a research/RTDI policy and which are their competence? What are the negotiation procedures between levels of governance, in particular concerning setting up poles excellence?

The dialogue will reply on state-of-the-art analysis, exchange of experiences, identification of good practices, and opening up perspectives of decision-support scenarios.
