This document will make available in a comprehensive manner all existing national HPC policies

This deliverable will provide the Joint Action Plan approach template and the different cases developed during the project

First Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Activities Report

The annual reports will summarize all communication activities realized during the first period of the RISC2 project It will also have to include analysis of all activities and its evaluation if possible

Training Materials

This deliverable will specify all training needs activities and materials needed during the project The final version will be ready for M24

Survey and analysis of S&T bilateral agreements

This document will make available in a comprehensive manner all existing HPC and Science bilateral agreements

Project Management and Quality Guidelines.

This deliverable will describe the projects internal management procedures detailing the projects Quality assurance process as well as a detailed Risk evaluation and internal communication tools and mechanisms

Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan

This deliverable should include the communication strategy defining the objectives different targets and channels communication activities in order to ensure a societal impact and correct exploitation of the projects results

Final Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Activities Report

The annual reports will summarize all communication activities realized during the second period of the RISC2 project It will also have to include analysis of all activities and its evaluation if possible This last report will give a broader overview of the project and focus more on its results

Proceedings of the EU-Latin America HPC RDI experts' dialogue events

This document will include all experts materials used during the RISC2 events

Open Research Data Pilot (1)

Data Management Plan (DMP)

A Data Management Plan DMP will be created to describe the life cycle for all data sets that will be collected processed or generated by the research project It is a document outlining how research data will be handled during a research project and even after the project is completed describing what data will be collected processed or generated and following what methodology and standards whether and how this data will be shared andor made open and how it will be curated and preserved The DMP is not a fixed document it evolves and gains more precision and substance during the lifespan of the project It should include the following information i Description of Data ii Data CollectionGeneration iii Data management documentation Metadata iv Intellectual Property Rights and v Accessibility Data sharing archiving and preservation
