Scalability and replicability analysis of the proposed solutionsThe scalability analysis considers how the proposed solution can be increased in size, scope or range in order to adequately meet the required needs, and also the effects of implementing a certain use case in a largerarea for instance considering the modelling tools developed in task 4.2The replicability analysis refers to the possibility to replicate the BTC solution for other use cases or locations. As part of this analysis, the effect of changing some of the oundaryconditions will be evaluated from the application or other regions
Good practice report on Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)oThe Good practice report on Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation will provide an analysis of the most successful communication, dissemination and exploitation actions of the project, based on the statistics obtained through monitoring. oD6.8 Good practice report on Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation will provide an analysis and good practice examples of communication, dissemination and exploitation activities in the area of renewable energy for expert and non-expert target groups. Verification: The report is published in M36 and provides a list of good practice examples.
Market Analysis Report (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Market Analysis ReportAnalysis and review of the sector framework conditions, including entry barriers, players and competition, customers’ and investors’ selection and assessment criteria. The market analysis will be based on desk research of available dataand sources and may be complemented by interviews to evaluate the added value of the project technologies and solutions.
Business models analysis (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)oDescription: This deliverable will report on the analysis of the use cases defined in WP3. In particular, it will build upon the development of scheduling and operating models that allow for the participation in the markets identified as relevant in WP3.oAim: Successful if all business use cases defined in WP3 are analysed using the developed models.
Potential revenue streams corresponding CHP technology using BTC process (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)oDescription: The previous deliverable D3.3 identifies a list of relevant markets for CHP systems to participate in. This present deliverable will quantify how much income can be earned on these markets.oAim: Successful if the incomes from each of the markets identified as relevant in D3.3 are quantified.
Recommendations and challenges for BTC integration (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)oDescription: This deliverable will provide an analysis of regulatory, administrative and policy aspects that need to be considered for integrating the BTC technology. Recommendations will be provided to tackle the identified barriers.oAim: Successful if recommendations are given for all identified barriers.
Cost-benefit analysis for system integration of the BTC (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Cost-benefit analysis for system integration of the BTC:Cost-benefit analysis (CBA) of the BTC process from the system point of view. Both the heat and electricity system will be considered to perform this analysis. The results will demonstrate how competitive the BTC technology could be integrated in the heat and electricity systems.
Potential social impact report (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)First, social baseline will be calculated before the implementation of any technological solution, and it will be validated with local communities in a dedicated workshop. Indicators will be measured again at the end of the project, after the development of the new technologies/methodologies for bioenergy, The comparative analysis between the baseline and the potential impact of the technology implementation will allow the consortium to understand the real social impact of the project in the local communities. Finally, the deliverable will be again validated with experimental communities through a dedicated workshop.
Selection of social impact indicators and methodology for measurement (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Selection of social impact indicators and methodology for measurement:Sixty (60) indicators will be preselected, which will be validated by the experimental communities in a dedicated workshop, selecting a final list of 30 indicators.Indicators will measure the following aspects:1. Impact in access to energy/power (including impact in energy poverty)2. Impact in local culture3. Impact in environmental behaviour4. Impact in local economy (including job creation)5. Impact in social cohesion6. Impact in social empowerment (including local engagement and participation in the project)
Literature review to list existing forecasts of future prices of market and services that are relevant [ (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)oDescription: This deliverable will review the existing forecasts for all the data necessary to investigate the use cases that are defined in task 3.4. This includes the price forecasts for the markets identified as relevant in D3.3.oAim: Successful if all necessary data to investigate the use cases in task 3.4 are collected.
Analysis of local stakeholders and engagement plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Analysis of local stakeholders and engagement plan:- Identification of the main local stakeholders, meaning local communities that mayhave an impact or may impact the project.- Will build two examples of local communities (experimental communities) that may potentially be located in the surrounding of this new technology in futureimplementations.
oDescription: This deliverable is the datasets corresponding to the report in deliverable D3.5. The datasets will be shared in a structured way.oAim: Successful if all datasets for the forecasts described in D3.5 are shared in a structured way.
List of KPIs (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)oDescription: This deliverable will describe a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the contributions and impact of the project. The KPIs will be defined in for different dimensions:technical. economc, environmental, social. oAim: Successful if all necessary data to describe the KPIs are shared by WP1 and WP2.
oThe animated video will be produced in M25 and will present the key technologies and their integration in a graphic manner, using a non-technical language.oD6.3 Animated video will explain the project in a graphic and comprehensive manner targeting non-expert stakeholder groups. Verification: The video created and uploaded on YouTube in M25, shared on the social media channels of the project and the website; shared by the project partners; shown at fairs.e key technologies and their integration.
Project website and social media channels (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)oThe project website will be launched in M4 and feature general information about the project (approach, key technologies, use cases, main results, etc.). Social media channels of the project will be created in M1 and will be publish project related news.oThe D6.2 Project Website and Social Media Channels will provide an overview of the website structure and social media channels choice. Verification: Social media profiles created in M1; Website published in M4.
Final video (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)oThe final video overview of the project will be produced in M36 and will present the project results and their rationale in a visual and comprehensive way. oThe D6.4. Final video will aim to disseminate project results towards general audience. Verification: The video is created and uploaded on YouTube in M36, shared on project and partners’ websites and networks.
