Techno Socio Economic integration analysis of the proposed solutions and dialogue with city context

The deliverable will define the framework used for feasibility studies development, and analyse the quality of the proposed solutions according to their responses to the integrated instances coming from social, technical and economical issues. A structured analysis will assess how much each solution will be able to produce a meaningful synthesis at architectural and urban level, ready for its further design development
Catalogue of best practices and integrated selection method for public and private financing of urban and building interventions

The deliverable will contain a catalogue of successfully applied financial instruments, including specific instruments and tools (such as Green-SDG and Thematic Bonds, Energy Performance Contracting, different schemes of ESCo models, impact investments funds, guarantees and risk mitigation instruments, smart energy contracts, etc.)
