The service required concerns the evaluation of finished projects from the Industrial and Material Technologies (IMT), Standards, Measurements and Testing (SMT), and Transport programmes, part of the EU's Fourth Framework Programme (1994-98) The contracts, covering five years, will have an estimated maximum total value of 12 million euro and will be split into two batches: - Ex post evaluation of research projects funded under the IMT, SMT and Transport programmes; - Ex post impact assessment of research projects funded under the IMT, SMT and Transport programmes.
