Integrated Assistance System

Ziel

Development of a new system aimed at improving the assistance service to car drivers, that integrates the following subsystems:

* Search of any member in an appropriate data base,
* Location of collaborating companies,
* File creation and tracking,
* Assistance service,
* Accident rate statistics and evaluation of insurance premium.

Utilisation of a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and CASE Tools as well as new advanced technologies such as:

* Geographical Information Systems,
* Communications,
* Image and document processing.

The proposed development system can be also applied to provide assistance service to customers or members of other entities (insurance or medical associations ...) that implies a specialised Centre of attention for public in general.
