Success indicator is the achievement of the communication goals. [Task 5.1]
Monitoring and evaluation report (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Gathering the learnings from learning-by-doing and learning-by-interaction taking place at the territorial sites into a report that benefits organisations, citizens and network of stakeholders in transformation activities. The report will complement the report on the DESIRE site experiences and future plans (D3.2). [Task 4.2]
Customization of the DESIRE principles and demonstration plans (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Customization of the prior knowledge of the sites with the WP2 DESIRE principles as guidelines and challenges for the activities in task 3.2. Guidelines validated by experts and local representatives from the territorial sites. [Task 3.1]
DESIRE site experiences and future plans (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)A report gathering the experience aggregation, evaluation and revision of the territorial site workshops, exhibitions and activities, including deliberation and analyses from the work of expert groups to distill principles for future policy making and governance of 'irresistible circular' cities in Europe. Include learnings from the peer-to-peer learning exchange [Task 4.3] and feeds into the evaluation and development of the DESIRE principles (WP2).[Task 3.3]
Set of principles and transformation questions (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Operationalisation of principles to be applied in testing (WP3). Operationalisation means co-creation of examination questions, processes and quidelines with the aim to prepare and support the partners in the transformation of principles into meaningful approaches.[Task 2.2]
Narratives of irresistible circular futures (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)A white paper describing 'Narratives of irresistible circular futures', presenting the general principles based on aggregation of learnings from the demonstrations at the territorial sites. The white paper will articulate the general principles for irresistible circularity and generalize the insights from the WP3 into the wider context of the project. The white paper will be use in WP2 and WP4 for the final evaluation and conclusion on the DESIRE principles. [Task 3.3]
Exploitation strategy (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)A strategic framework and plan that support the preparation of the extension of the project into a full-scale project and which allows for applying the results in new and diverse contexts. The Exploitation Strategy will reflect sound analysis of market needs, trends, potential users, and sustainability based on a smaller group of the 100 climate neutral cities by 2030 covering at least the two partner cities in the project and the cities “100 climate neutral” from the 5 involved countries. [Task 6.1]
Project Management Plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)●Monitor budget and spending and administer allocation of funding to partners according to the administrative structures.●Coordinate and steer activities and meetings within the Internal horizontal coordination entity and the Decision-making body ●Responsible for updating the project officer and report on progress and financial status through the Funding and Tender Portal and according to the Grant Agreement●Clarify issues on amendments and transfer of costs between budget lines. ●Support WP leaders concerning administration and progress.[Task 1.1]
"Communication & engagement strategy - revision #2" (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Second revision of the strategy for communication and engagement. Aim is to report on communication and engagement actvitities during the second project period, and to assess communication and engagement activities. [Task 5.1]
Digital data presentation and engagement tool (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Visual communication tool which allows for interaction with stakeholders within and beyond the consortium. Display the learnings achieved from the collection of data through the communication tool and discussions of learnings with users in a navigable interactive datascape which support the learning and uptake of results [Task 5.2].
"Project Management Plan - revision #2" (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Second revised version of the Project Management Plan (D1.1), including updated Gantt chart and work breakdown structure. Aim is to ensure smooth finalisation of the project. To be delivered before the end of the second reporting period (before the end of the project). [Task 1.2]
Innovation Biographies (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Case study presenting successful practices from each of the territorial sites. Innovation will be situated in contextual settings and provide both data on micro-level dynamics and a benchmark for comparing the experimentations conducted in WP3. Success will be based on relevance and appeal, measured through downloads and interaction through the digital learning hub [Task 4.4]
"Communication & engagement strategy - revision #1" (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)First revision of the strategy for communication and engagement. Aim is to report on communication and engagement actvitities during the first project period, and to assess and eventually adjust the communication and engagement strategy based on the outcome of communication activities. [Task 5.4]
Learning and evaluation framework (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Definition of the methodology and the set of tools to be used in each phase of the experimentation. The aim of the framework is to assess results, capturing learning outcomes and maximising the co-creation and diffusion of knowledge within and beyond the consortium. [Task 4.1]
