ChildRescue - Collective Awareness Platform for Missing Children Investigation and Rescue

Deliverables

Regulatory Framework for Data Protection, Privacy and Ethical Issues (opens in new window)

The deliverable will include the state-of-play of data protection, privacy and ethical issues related to the missing children investigation cycle, including the generation of templates of the informed consent forms and information sheet, as well as details on the incidental findings policy that will be employed. The deliverable will clarify how consent/assent will be ensured in case children and/or adults unable to give informed consent are involved, and provide details about the measures taken to prevent the risk of enhancing vulnerability/stigmatisation of individuals/groups. The deliverable will also contain the relevant report from the Ethics Advisory Board. This deliverable will address the Ethics Requirements 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 from the Ares(2017)4601286 Ethics Summary Report.

ChildRescue Pilot Experimentation Documentation, Release II (opens in new window)

This deliverable is related to the documentation of the ChildRescue pilots operation and execution. This report will mainly evaluate the second (and final) version of the ChildRescue platform.

ChildRescue Pilot Evaluation and Lessons Learnt (opens in new window)

This deliverable is related to the documentation of all lessons learnt from the project, constituting methodological adoption guidelines for the utilisation of the ChildRescue platform for further utilisation from stakeholders related to identification of missing children.

ChildRescue Validation Framework (opens in new window)

This deliverable is related to the documentation of the ChildRescue validation framework, defining the various categories and metric indicators for evaluation and including the necessary evaluation procedures to be followed to receive the necessary data.

Profiling Methodological Foundations (opens in new window)

This deliverable is related to the first release of the methodology, algorithms and examples for timely and effectively profiling missing children, based both on behavioural and activity data.

ChildRescue Pilot Handbook, Release I (opens in new window)

This deliverable is related to the documentation of the set of trial scenarios that will run during each pilot, including the actors involved, the evaluation indicators and the overall time plan; as well as a fully operating prototype of the integrated platform for serving as the operational environment for the ChildRescue pilots’ implementation.

Multi-source Analytics Methodological Foundations (opens in new window)

This deliverable is related to the first release of the methodology, algorithms and examples for predictive analytics and analytics over the case under investigation merging data from multiple sources.

ChildRescue Integrated Methodology, Release I (opens in new window)

This deliverable will describe the ChildRescue integrated missing children investigation cycle methodology. This deliverable will address the Ethics Requirement 10 from the Ares(2017)4601286 Ethics Summary Report.

User Requirements (opens in new window)

This deliverable will report the ChildRescue user needs, and the collected and analysed user requirements for the ChildRescue environment. Its purpose is to provide a collection of user needs and statements and generate provide input for the research and development activities of the project.

ChildRescue Pilot Experimentation Documentation, Release I (opens in new window)

This deliverable is related to the documentation of the ChildRescue pilots operation and execution. The interim report will provide substantial feedback for the refinement of the platform.

Profiling, Analytics and Privacy Methodological Foundations, Release II (opens in new window)

After the first implementation iteration of ChildRescue and the initial pilot experiences, the methodologies, algorithms and approaches reported in D2.4 and stemming from D2.1, D2.2 and D2.3 will be updated. This deliverable will incorporate the initial input and the provided feedback/updates and will include the final incorporated methodology for Profiling, Analytics and Privacy.

ChildRescue Integrated Methodology, Release II (opens in new window)

This deliverable will revise and finalize the ChildRescue integrated missing children investigation cycle methodology as well as the requirements taking into account the ChildRescue project advancements The resulting deliverable will be independently assessed by the Ethics Advisory Board of ChildRescue

Privacy and Anonymisation Methodological Foundations (opens in new window)

This deliverable is related to the first release of the methodology and approach for ensuring the privacy and pseudo-anonymisation of all sensitive data involved in the ChildRescue workflow. The resulting deliverable will be independently assessed by the Ethics Advisory Board of ChildRescue.

ChildRescue Pilot Handbook, Release II (opens in new window)

This deliverable constitutes the second (and final) release of the documentation of the set of trial scenarios that will run during each pilot, including the actors involved, the evaluation indicators and the overall time plan; as well as a fully operating prototype of the integrated platform for serving as the operational environment for the ChildRescue pilots’ implementation.

Profiling, Analytics and Privacy Methodological Foundations, Release I (opens in new window)

The results reported in the previous three deliverables of WP2 (D2.1, D2.2 and D2.3) will be aggregated in one deliverable, which will be independently assessed by the Ethics Advisory Board of ChildRescue.

ChildRescue Architecture and Platform Design (opens in new window)

D3.1 will include the architecture diagrams and all design documents regarding the platform, the components while it will also define and describe the API interfaces that will be implemented under WP2.

ChildRescue Platform and Mobile App, Early Prototype (opens in new window)

This deliverable will consist of a low fidelity, functional mock-up version of the platform that will be delivered for early assessment by the end users.

ChildRescue Platform, APIs and Mobile App, Release II (opens in new window)

This deliverable will include the final, fully functional high-fidelity implementation of the ChildRescue platform, which will offer all available features and will be market-ready following a set of extra tests.

ChildRescue Platform, APIs and Mobile App, Release I (opens in new window)

This deliverable will consist of a software package of a core platform and its APIs with corresponding supporting documentation on the deployment of each component and usage of the APIs. This deliverable includes a partially functional high fidelity software prototype for all roles of users. The initial interface includes the basic UI/UX for the developers and users of the platform.

Project Website and Web 2.0 Channels (opens in new window)

This deliverable is related to the provision of the Website of the project and will set up all needed Wen 2.0 and social channels that will be used during the project for communication.
