Welcome to the EFFORT Newsletter 5 !

The EFFORT Project (Ecology from Farm to Fork Of microbial drug Resistance and Transmission) is now performing the first data analysis. This issue features the work of two EFFORT partners: Intomics, from Denmark, working on the metagenomics pipeline and the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency, explaining their contribution to the project.
