Leistungen
This deliverable will be the final version of the policy input brief (task 8.1).
Report synthesis of sustainability assessment for sector actors and for general public (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable will be a report showing the global sustainability of the HEREWEAR materials and processes. This will include a simple, graphical and comprehensive document for actors in the clothing sector and the general public. D6.7 will be the outcome of task 6.4.
Guidelines (Whitepaper) for ‘bio-based circular textile manufacturing', with manufacturing manual and glossary (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable will result in a public Whitepaper which provides a step-by-step guide to responsible and lean short run production and a glossary on bio-based circular textiles manufacturing. This deliverable is due in M36 but the Whitepaper will be updated if needed within the framework of task 7.5.
Guidelines for scale-up and integration of novel fabrics and functionalisation techniques (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable will provide processing guidelines and product data sheets for the industrial upscaling of the processes resulting in the textile intermediates. This deliverable will be the outcome of Task 4.5.
Industrial processing guidelines for scaled-up bio-based filaments and yarn manufacturing (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable will provide processing guidelines for the industrial upscaling of the spinning and yarn manufacturing processes. This deliverable will be the outcome of tasks 3.4 and (mainly) 3.5.
Guidelines for scaled up biorefinery of cellulose (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable will provide processing guidelines for the industrial upscaling of the biorefinery processes for cellulose. This deliverable will be the outcome of Task 2.5.
Guidelines for production scale-up (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable will provide processing guidelines to upscale and spread the production of the bio-based garments and will provide a blueprint for the replication of the HEREWEAR microfactory and networked manufacturing principles. This deliverable will be the outcome of task 5.5 and will incorporate also the lessons learned from previous WP5 tasks.
Overview of services and tools offered for making systemic transition to bio-based circular textiles (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable will be the final outcome of task 7.2 and will result in a public report which summarizes the services and tools provided by the dedicated HEREWEAR platform, at the 3 envisaged levels (public-community-manufacturing level). The goal of this platform is to assist companies in applying the HEREWEAR circular bio-based principles.
Technical report for standardisation input (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable is a technical report that will be given as input to standardisation working groups (such as bio-based, microplastics, circularity and labelling). This will be the outcome of Task 8.6.
Policy input brief, preliminary version (öffnet in neuem Fenster)A short document for policy input will be prepared based on the findings of the project in important EU domains linked to the HEREWEAR activities. This will be part of task 8.1. A preliminary version will be available at M24.
LCA, s-LCA and LCC of prototype garments (öffnet in neuem Fenster)An environmental and economic assessment of the developed materials and processes will be done at prototype garment level. This deliverable will also include a social LCA report. All assessments will be part of task 6.3.
A project website will be created containing general information on the project and the technology area as well aspublic deliverables and other public documents. This will be done in the framework of task 8.1.
This deliverable will include different materials (audio, film, data, narrative etc) for training and technology transfer of the HEREWEAR materials and principles. These will be used within and beyond the project consortium. This deliverable will be the outcome of task 8.5. A preliminary version will be available at M42.
Final event: Technology Transfer Symposium/Workshop (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable comprises the organisation of a symposium or workshop to attract the interest of a broad international audience on circular bio-based textiles. This fits within the dissemination and communication activities of Task 8.1.
Materials for training appropriate for stakeholder audiences, final version (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable will be the final version of the training materials (task 8.5).
D5.3 will result in the production of garment prototypes, following the microfactory principles and networking defined in task 5.1. The processes will be based on the WP3 and 4 results. The deliverable will be the outcome of task 5.3.
