A document summarizing the regulatory and political context in place in the citiesregions involved in the pilot cases with a multilevel approach highlighting which elements of the regulatory framework are coming from regional national and EU legislations and how political and regulatory aspects at EU level are being implemented at local level

Based on pilot experiences 3 project policy briefs (local, national, EU) will summarize the main project outcomes and identify main policy implications and recommendations for the respective governance level.

Prepare the blueprint model for the Sun4All programme which consists of setting the guidelines for an adaptation of the Solar for All programme into the european context In particular by gathering information on the existing programme in the USA and setting the general conditions to allow it

Project dissemination and communication activities will be tracked and evaluated on a constant basis to ensure that they are addressing the project needs, and the results and analysis of this monitoring will be presented in the final report on communication activities.

A report summarizing Sun4all policy action during the lifespan of the project in order to evaluate the impact of Sun4All at policy level and at different levels of government (EU, national, regional and local).

Sustainable Adoption Plans for Pilot Cities (4 Plans) (opens in new window)

Specific plans aimed to foster the continuation of Sun4All beyond the project timeline in the pilot cities, based on their practical experience and lessons learned. These plans will be built under co-creation and integrated management processes and based on a deep understanding of the energy poverty challenges identified during project development phases

An analytical report containing the impact assessment (technical and socioeconomical) of the Sun4All implementation

These plans will be built under co-creation methods and will support the implementation and continuation of Sun4All in the 10 CoP Observer cities and organizations, after the project ends.

Practical guide to support local and regional governments to mainstream and include the Sun4All model in their sustainable energy and climate action planning process.

Revised version of blueprint model for the Sun4All programme: From Solar to All to Eurosolar to all (Sun4All) (opens in new window)

Produce a revised and adapted version of the blueprint model for the Sun4All programme, based on the new experience gained into the European context through the pilots

Sun4 All Capacity and Training Package (English version) (opens in new window)

The Training Package will consist of a set of differentiated materials to be used in the different capacity building and knowledge exchange activities of Sun4All. It will be built considering the project experiences, practices and learnings. It will follow a practical approach, including materials that could support online and face to face training activities and could be used during and after the project lifetime.

The Dissemination and Communication Strategy will outline how to reach inform and involve the key target groups of Sun4All around Europe It will guide the communication and dissemination activities of Sun4All and steer the relevant actions of all project partners

After the first edition of the pilots in each city, a report will visualize the results of the first implementation phase

Final Report on implementation (opens in new window)

A report will summarize the results of the second edition of the pilots in Barcelona, Roma, Almada and Coeur de Savoie and the global experience of Sun4All.

Community of Practice Observer Group Activities Report (opens in new window)

Report on the activities carried out by the Observer’s group, which includes 10 cities and utilities engaged to follow the project and plan a replication in their cities/regions. This report will focus on the follow up of the pilots’ implementation and the work developed on energy poverty eradication at local/regional level.

Visual Identity (opens in new window)

The project visual identity will include the logo of the project a concise project style guide Word and PPT templates and layouts of the project website

Animated video (in English and 4 pilot cities' languages) and infographics ( (opens in new window)

A short video with animated elements and infographics will first explain the Sun4All solution to alleviating energy poverty and second to present the project in an accessible manner The translated videos will be used by the pilot cities when approaching vulnerable stakeholders implementing community work plans and communicating on the local level

Series of podcasts/video interviews (opens in new window)

A series of four podcasts or video interviews will be explaining details of the Sun4All methodology, as well as related topics, in a more detailed way and so can serve as a multimedia guide for implementing the Sun4All approach.
