LCOE and LCA for Commercialisation Report

A full lifecycle assessment of the OTEC solution from install to decommissioning will be undertaken as well as a full levelised cost of energy will be undertaken to measure the average net present cost of electricity generation for the OTEC solution over its lifetime, giving clear data on the feasibility of deployment and advantages compared to alternate offshore systems.
Social Impact and Social Readiness reports

The Social Impact and Social Readiness assessments seek to measure direct and indirect impacts on key stakeholders. As a reporting practice, it measures the socio-economic impacts of an organization’s initiatives or activities on community and society.
Environmental monitoring plan

Definition of the environmental surveillance program that includes information on each environmental parameter to be assessed, their expected values, the methodology to be used, and the frequency of monitoring.
Environmental Impact Assessment report

Description of the monitoring actions undertaken, the variables measured, and the resulting analysis of the environmental consequences of the deployment in the local ecosystems.
DEC Plan Content Strategy

Econometric Study and GOR Business case

Provide input to the OTEC business case by considering the economic impacts of the solution, its availability in specified location, applicability and capacity for energy-generation. WavEC will use an integrated energy-economy-environment model to assess economic impacts, focusing principally on environmental impact, energy impact and CAPEX OPEX and LCOE levels.
