CORDIS provides links to public deliverables and publications of HORIZON projects.
Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .
Deliverables
Links to task T1.5 Ethics Management which guarantees that the results of the project have been produced using the highest ethical standards. Ethics management procedures are described in detail in this deliverable.
This deliverable links to tasks T4.1 In situ data standardization and databases and T4.2 Thematic accuracy assessment methods, and describes the data collection standards and protocols to be used in accuracy assessment of the multi-scale and multi-source data products and test site specific ground truth activities. More specifically, the deliverable describes:- Data acquisition protocols and parameters that are saved in a database each time that data are collected either in the field or in a laboratory. Such parameters are, for instance, sample coordinates (latitude and longitude), instrument make/model and instrument settings. In this context, the use of metadata standards and controlled vocabularies, discussed in more detail in the Data Management Plan, will be described.- Study site -specific data acquisition protocols. Due to environmental differences (e.g. the extent of vegetation cover) between the sites, general data acquisition protocols need to be adjusted for each site. This includes, but is not limited to, the expected minimum number of samples per site and site-specific sampling methods (e.g. systematic or stratified random sampling). - The accuracy assessment concepts and methods used in the project and how they link to data acquisition and data analysis, and what descriptive statistics will be used to evaluate the accuracy (e.g. the Kappa coefficient).
Report describing input data, processing workflow, final training data set (opens in new window)A report describing the input data, processing workflows, and final training data sets. The report describes the data level of the multiscale remote sensing input data including QA/QC algorithms, the algorithms for multiscale data merge, the workflow including the description from data input, image data merge, spectral feature extraction algorithm, resampling strategy of the spectral input data to accommodate for different samplings (bandwidths) of RS datasets and classification algorithms. Description and discussion of the training data sets for the CRMs and investigated sites is included. The report also describes expert knowledge driven ML-based rules and algorithms as inputs for the automatic interpretation of the thematic maps to gain alteration zone maps and proxy mineral distribution maps.D2.2. links to task T2.2 MultiMiner workflows for multiscale data interpretation, and includes all necessary information and algorithms relevant for thematic map production and automatic interpretation for enhanced map production.
Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication plan (opens in new window)The plan lay out the project objectives and activities with respect to communication, dissemination and exploitation of its results, associated with a set of key performance indicators. The plan will include the stakeholders analysis and mapping, identification of key messages and the outreach methodology. This document is updated on M9, M12, M24 and M36 and links to tasks T5.1, T5.2, T5.3, T5.4 and T5.5.
Data Management Plan links to task T5.6 Data Management and Intellectual Property. First version in M6, updated in M21 and M42.
