Deliverables
This deliverable, resulting from T5.1, compiles the initial architecture description of the digital twin, lists its design requirements, and lists the KPIs for the digital twin validation. The deliverable also includes the request list for WP4 in terms of needed measurements.
Project Handbook v1.0 (opens in new window)The handbook, result of T1.2, describes all internal communication strategy, reporting (internal and external) procedures and guidelines, quality management, risk management, decision making, change management. It will provide all important channels (repository, contacts list, communication channels) and also available templates, supporting documents and all available information to ensure successful overall management.
KPI List (opens in new window)The document, resulting from T3.1, will define a list of KPI’s to quantify the objectives of the flagship and serve through the project regarding technical, environmental impact, economic, and social indicators needed. This list will be an essential tool to assess the performance and progress of the flagship along its design, deployment and operation.
The Implementation Plan (opens in new window)Considers the performed system-level conceptual design and the in-depth site analysis performed on the site to provide a comprehensive implementation plan to be operated in the flagship valley. It will take into account the optimal technical solutions, the stakeholder engagement and aim for socio-economic feasibility. This report will be a result of T3.2
Project Management Plan v2.0 (opens in new window)The 2nd updated version of the PMP: an overview of the project implementation plan, it includes a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It will also include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks, key milestones, outputs and inputs and critical risks. This will be a guide to develop deliverables, results and outputs according to quality criteria and available resources.

Dissemination and Communication Plan (opens in new window)The Dissemination and Communication Plan from T2.1, will identify and detail the target audience, describe the main dissemination and communication strategy, detail activities and related engagement activities foreseen in the project and determine key performance monitoring indexes.
Data management plan (opens in new window)The DMP will provide guidelines and procedures to handle data, data collection, open access etc. It will include detailed description of procedures and process on repository use, FAIR data, data security, ethics, storage, archiving, personal data. It will also name the responsible persons (e.g. DPOs) per Beneficiary that will support data management throughout the project implementation. The DPM will be a result of T1.3 and will be developed with the support of all partners.
Coming from T2.1, it will include the project visual identity and related materials, such as the project logo, color palette, preliminary version of the project website and the social media channels and the project brochure. The material will be updated in the project duration to align with the progress of the implementation.
