NOVEL DOMESTIC BATTERY GRADE LITHIUM CARBONATE VALUE CHAIN FOR GREEN LIFE

CORDIS provides links to public deliverables and publications of HORIZON projects.

Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .

Deliverables

Selection, update and feeding of RMIS platform I (opens in new window)

Legal framework, data collection from Li4life value chain, and policies recommendation, Task 7.5. The aim of the deliverable will be entitled to interact with the RMIS and the Li4Life information. It will be focused on data collection from Li4Life and knowledge delivery to exploit via RMIS thematic interface, platform I.

Processing routes plan (opens in new window)

Report on processing routes based on the ore characteristics and mineralogy Task 3.1.Based on the outcome of WP2, in particular D2.3, potential processing routes will be identified considering different comminution technologies (various crushers, mills and Electric impulse comminution) and compared. Two preferred processing routes for Li ore comminution and ore sorting will be identified. A test plan for those routes will be developed based on quality and quantity of test material available.

Project Handbook, Quality Plan & Risk Management M12 (opens in new window)

This includes the first version of project management procedures, AB members; risk identification, Task 1.2.The deliverable encompassing Project Handbook, Quality Plan, and Risk Management, serves as a unified reference for quality assurance and control that will ensure daily operations are monitored, enhanced and outlines necessary management procedures and frameworks that will be implemented by the Project Coordinator in M12.

DEC plan I (opens in new window)

Plan for Exploitation and Dissemination of Results, Task 8.1.The creation of a DEC plan, which includes a strategy and overall approach as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and activity plans for the first project Period over 6 months, will act as the controlling instrument for all dissemination, exploitation, and communication (DEC) activities among Li4Life partners in the project.

Sampling and field protocol from the Li4Life Li-ore sites M6 (opens in new window)

Field documentation and sampling protocols from the Li4Life Li-ore sites, Task 2.2.D2.2 will consist of two parts, the first part will deliver field documentation and precise sampling protocols from the primary reference sites, each representing different type of Li-ore. Detailed information about sampling sites and methods, in-situ analyses, handling with collected samples, etc. is needed as base for next steps in the Li-ore processing and beneficiation. The visit and sampling of the primary reference sites will take place during first six months of the project in order to deliver samples to the project partners. Second part will provide similar field and sample documentation from additional reference sites that will cover the same types of Li-ore with partially different geochemical characteristics. Research in various geological environments will allow characterization of generally applicable Li-enrichment processes in rocks and minerals.

Stakeholder´s list (opens in new window)

Compilation of the stakeholders, Task 8.2.

Lithium Deposit Assessment and Geological Modeling Report (opens in new window)

Report on Lithium Deposit Assessment and Geological Modeling Task 2.4.This report seeks to assess the viability of potential lithium deposits, offering recommendations for further exploration and production commencement. This report will provide a comprehensive analysis of the geological and mineral aspects of the deposits, focusing on their lithium content.

Comprehensive Mining Recommendations and Environmental Risk Analysis (opens in new window)

Report on Comprehensive Mining Recommendations and Environmental Risk Analysis Task 2.4.This report aims to provide detailed mining recommendations while evaluating environmental risks. This report will emphasize the potential impact of mining activities on the environment and aquifers, ensuring sustainability and safety in the mining process.

Project Handbook, Quality Plan & Risk Management M24 (opens in new window)

This includes the second version of project management procedures, AB members; risk identification, Task 1.2.The deliverable will continue work under Project Handbook, Quality Plan, and Risk Management for quality assurance and control to ensure daily operations, enhancement and monitoring essential management procedures and frameworks.

Crushed Li-ore characterization (opens in new window)

Report on mineralogical characterization of crushed Li-ore samples. Task 2.3After comminution, the product will be classified to obtain a product particle size distribution curve indicating the mass distribution over particle size. Afterwards, the product will be split in at least 3 size classes. The Li content of each size class will be determined to analyse, whether the comminution was selective and led to an enrichment of Li in any of the size classes.

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

Data Management Plan initial report, Task 1.1.The DMP will reflect the actual project data produced over 6 months as well as include the most recent information on how to access open data. The list will be regularly updated to reflect actual data generation and will be used for day-to-day data management and monitoring. The Project Coordinator will oversee keeping this list up to date.
