Objective
Involve is an aerospace technology company pioneering next-generation Earth Observation (EO) solutions through reusable stratospheric balloon platforms enhanced by AI. Involve’s two complementary platforms, Stratostats, a reusable, high-endurance platform with AI-driven navigation and modular payloads, and Stratorelay, a lighter, rapidly deployable solution; deliver persistent, high-resolution, and cost-effective monitoring that bridges the gap between satellites and drones. These platforms are complemented by Neurostar, an AI system enabling predictive flight control and onboard data processing, and CLEAR, a cloud-based platform that transforms imagery into actionable insights using multimodal analytics and LLMs.
By integrating data collection, processing, and contextualization, Involve provides end-to-end intelligence for sectors such as precision agriculture, infrastructure monitoring, environmental sustainability, and logistics optimization. Its modular payloads and scalable design enable tailored deployments, from local mapping to multi-platform constellations, while CLEAR’s “ChatGPT for Earth” interface democratizes access to geospatial intelligence.
Targets a rapidly growing EO downstream market valued at $5B in 2024 and projected to exceed $8B by 2030. Under a two-folded business model of Data-as-a-Service, and custom missions, and with an initial focus in the European market, Involve estimates cumulative revenues of €83M within five years, scaling towards breakeven by 2029.
Founded in Italy in 2021, Involve is led by a seasoned team of aerospace and AI experts, supported by advisors from Google Loon and ESA, and backed by seed funding and public grants. Through its unique approach, Involve is creating the foundation for a new paradigm in the EO market, no longer restricted to a few specialized players, but scalable and accessible to all, enabling smarter resource management, stronger climate resilience, and more sustainable global development.
