This deliverable will compile all previously released policy briefs into a single booklet-style document, which will constitute a compendium of all best practices and lessons learned on the project.

The deliverable will report academic publications, conference participation, seminars, in any appropriate venue.

Workshop scoping and schedule (First version) (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This deliverable will define the scope of the activities in the hackathon. The schedule could also be defined in different phases, e.g. the first version of the deliverable could include a schedule for the first workshop cycle and a second version a schedule for the second part of the project.

This document will provide the final definition of the concept, taking into account the experience in the whole project.

This deliverable will define the Open4Citizen platform at the conceptual level. The deliverable will have multiple versions.

This will be the complete report of the results of the hackathons, emphasizing the social impact of the services developed in the hackathons and the changes in the general perception of open data among the participants to the hackathons.

This is an update of the initial draft, including any possible changes in the plan that is needed in consideration of the project’s findings.

This draft deliverable will document the social impact of the applications and services developed in the hackathons illustrating the context of use and the future perspective for the exploitation of such applications/services.

This deliverable will outline the online presence strategy and the result of the online dissemination.

This report will outline the overall communication strategy and providing templates and references to support hackathons.

Preliminary hackathon starter kit (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This deliverable is the preliminary version of a hackathon starter kit, targeted to lower the entry barrier for hackathon participants. The starter kit will summarize best practices, tools and will be improved the knowledge gathered from the first hackathons of each country.

Data collection and interpretation (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This deliverable will gather the data from the hackathons, the post-hack, the test phase and any possible further development of applications and services developed in the hackathons.

Citizen data toolkit (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This deliverable is an improved and iterated version of D2.4, containing the knowledge and tools gathered from all the hackathon events during the Open4Citizens project. The deliverable targets both hackathon events and general situations, with knowledge and tools collected for citizens for working with data.

The deliverable will update the report in 5.6 with relevant publications in the last part of the project.

This deliverable will include templates and guidelines to produce dissemination material to support the activities at the local level.

This deliverable will summarize the best practices to explain the open data and its value to laymen, and to have them included in further discussions (network effect). These best practices will report about the successful ways awareness about data literacy and interest about open data will be achieved.

The final document will report the activity of mapping and integration of data and standardization procedures that are needed to integrate the new data into the FIWARE platform.

This document will include indications about location, call for participation and guidelines for the organisation of the hackathon.
