Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .

Deliverables

Eight evaluation Plans (one for each pilot city in its own language) (opens in new window)
Syllabus for local coordinators training sessions on Active Collaborative Methodologies (opens in new window)
Eight Urban Strategic Plans at “ground level” (one for each pilot city in its own language) (opens in new window)
Quality Management Plan, including impact monitoring plan and indicators (opens in new window)
Report covering the conclusions from the analysis of urban metabolism variables and preliminary indications for the definition of Urban Models for Strategic Waste Planning in selected cities (opens in new window)

The Report will illustrate the conclusions from the analysis of urban metabolism variables in selected cities and will provide preliminary indications for the definition of Urban Models for Strategic Waste Planning.

Sector Watch developed, set up and launched (opens in new window)

The Sector Watch consists of a highly targeted source of information for public procurers: within a programme is developed, set up and launched that allows for monitoring developments in the waste sector (best practices, criteria, relevant labels, solutions, guidance, news).

Corpus of at least 50 best practices concerning waste prevention and management strategies (opens in new window)
Thematic, actor and country-oriented waste stakeholder matrixes, having the stakeholder’s categorized maps as annexes (opens in new window)
Executive project plan and procedures (opens in new window)
Strategic Planning frameworks for the 8 pilot cities (opens in new window)

The Strategic Planning frameworks for the 8 pilot cities will include the first set of policies and actions for the different waste production sectors. They will provide guiding objectives and will be built on the base of a participatory approach.

Methodological guidelines for the construction of the Strategic Planning frameworks based on urban metabolism approach (opens in new window)
Report on impacts of the participatory decision-making process (opens in new window)
City Match activities planned and ongoing (opens in new window)

City Match activities planned and ongoing. The City Match activities will kick off in month 6 and will be deployed throughout the project, until month 36.

Guidelines for the selection and implementation of adequate stakeholder engagement techniques (opens in new window)
EU Roadmap to recommendations (opens in new window)
Report on effective stakeholder engagement practices (opens in new window)
Eight Roadmaps (one for each pilot city in its own language) (opens in new window)
Risk Assessment and Contingency Plan (opens in new window)
Collaborative Methodology to personalize the Urban Strategic Plan for each city (opens in new window)
Dissemination and communication strategy (opens in new window)

Dissemination and communication strategy The first version of the strategy will be published in month 2 whereas updated versions will be published in month2 12 and 24.

Societal Responsibility Management Plan (opens in new window)
Project results exploitation plan (opens in new window)
Report outlining a comprehensive assessment of the best WMS, policies, regulations, and summary for each city and nation involved (opens in new window)

The Report will contain a comprehensive assessment of the best WMS policies regulations and summary for each city and nation involved The report will state the relevance of variables that determine the interrelations between the social environmental and economic factors within the urban metabolism approach

Urban Metabolism guide. Report with procedures to implement Urban Metabolism analytical tool in European cities (opens in new window)

Urban Metabolism guide. Report with procedures to implement Urban Metabolism analytical tool in European cities. The first version of the guide will be published in month 15 whereas an updated final version will be published in month 36.

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)
One transnational report on pilot actions (in English) (opens in new window)
Guidelines for the use of UM, MFA and LCA analysis results in waste decision making (opens in new window)
Model architecture. Design of the conceptual model and the different components that constitute it, including definition of data requirements (opens in new window)

The deliverable consists in the architecture of the conceptual model with the different components that constitute it. It defines input data, main mathematical calculations and assumptions and data requirements. It establishes the ways inwhich different variables are connected.

Database of Urban Metabolism Flows (opens in new window)

The database of Urban Metabolism Flows will contain information to support public authorities in the decision making process. It will be based on the results of studies applied to the 8 cities, but it will be organised so as to be used by other cities too.

Final version of the toolkit uploaded on the Urban_Wins platform (opens in new window)
Urban Metabolism case studies. Reports for each of the 8 cities that will be subject to detailed study with quantification and analysis of their Urban Metabolism (opens in new window)

Urban Metabolism case studies. Reports for each of the 8 cities that will be subject to detailed study with quantification and analysis of their Urban Metabolism The first version will be published in month 24 whereas an updated final version will be published in month 36.
