The final activity report will be produced at the end of the project containing all the dissemination actions as well as the main achievements and results of the SONNETS interconnect platform. This report will also contain the results of the SONNETS Final Event.

Emerging ICTs and Innovation Potential for the Public Sector – Final Version (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Deliverable D3.3 will be an update of D3.2, incorporating the results and feedback retrieved during the validation activities of WP3.

Gap analysis and identification of research needs (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This report will describe the identified gaps between the needs of the public sector and the opportunities of the identified emerging technologies. It will describe further the developed research needs necessary to meet the needs of citizens as well as of the civil servants. These research needs can be of technological nature, but also of process-oriented, socio-economic or ethical nature.

Societal and Public Sector Needs Analysis – 1st Version (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will provide a thorough compendium on the needs of the public sector and of the society, as captured from the analysis of the standing and emerging societal challenges.

Roadmap for emerging research directions (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will outline a roadmap that will put forward the different research and innovation directions that should be followed in order to reach the anticipated vision of reshaping and reforming the public sector into a technology leader and a key player in tackling societal challenges.

SONNETS sustainability plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This report will summarizes the outcomes of T5.4 and will detail the sustainability plans for SONNETS once the project finalizes.

Periodic Dissemination Report (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

A report containing the dissemination plan and detailing the dissemination and clustering activities of the reporting period and tools and measures of their success.

SONNETS Innovation Identification Framework for the Public Sector (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will provide the framework that will include high level guidelines and methods allowing to collect, analyze and cross-check the viability and applicability of emerging ICTs in the public sector.

The SONNETS Research Data Management Plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The report will outline the data management policy that will be used by the Consortium with regard to all the datasets that will be generated by the project.

Stakeholder specific recommendations (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

SONNETS will issue a policy brief informing policy makers about necessary research needs to transform the public sector in an efficient and citizen-friendly service of the future, a research brief to inform researchers about the actual and socio-economic research needs of the end-user and a technology brief to inform representatives of the public sector about new emerging ICT technologies and how these technologies could improve the efficiency, and could simplify the processes and services of their day-to-day work.

This deliverable will be the updated version of D2.1 incorporating the feedback and the inputs acquired during Task 2.3.

Emerging ICTs and Innovation Potential for the Public Sector – 1st Version (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will be an initial list of emerging technologies and applications that could prove useful for the public sector.

Analysis of the identified emerging technologies (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will contain an analysis of the identified emerging technologies comprising technology readiness, relevant research projects, and relevant actors.

Dissemination kit and SONNETS Web Infrastructure (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will contain the graphical identify of the project as well all the dissemination material (e.g., brochure, posters, newsletter, website…) aimed at creating awareness of the SONNETS outcomes and achievements. This deliverable will also include the setup of Wiki platform.
