The coordinator Irideon ensured smooth and timely communication with the Project Officer. Irideon oversaw that all milestones were met and all reports were delivered according to contract. Irideon also supervised the financial administration of the project, collecting, reviewing, handling, distributing and submitting information.
In terms of IP and Knowledge Management, all partners were actively engaged. Irideon, Canetis and Avi-Gis, supported by HMU and Bee Life, worked on the identification of relevant and potentially new IP and all commercial potential offered by these.
The web page of the project was continuously updated and several dissemination and communication materials were produced: flyers, banners, brochures, etc.
Canetis, with the support of industrial partners, developed a Business Innovation Plan based on the findings of the commercial and customer development plans. All partners were again engaged in dissemination and communication actions all over Europe and USA. SME partners continued focusing their efforts on international industrial events. Partner HMU continued concentrating its efforts on the scientific community. Bee Life promoted the project to a mix of audiences.
Canetis, HMU and Irideon designed and produced the TRL8 prototypes validated under field pilots with end-users. The prototypes were successfully validated by the partners in pilots executed in Spain, Belgium, France, Italy, Romania and the USA.
The IoBee technology achieved TRL9, market traction was created and the industrial partners received the first orders from interested clients. The time-to-market has been reduced to just 2 months after the conclusion of the project.
