Deliverables
This deliverable a public report will present the results from the validation controlled testing and assess the appropriateness of the different approaches for robustly detecting different emission issues such as DPF removal SCRemulators etc and to consider the benefits of the different techniques to address particular applications as outlined in section 13 The report will also specifically assess the best approaches for measuring PMPN for different applications and evaluate the Chinese RES technologies to provide a muchneeded comparison between European and Chinese approaches for the nonintrusive measurement of vehicle exhaust to facilitate a better understanding of any differences in outcomes The report will summarize the scientific and technical merits or otherwise of the different techniques and their potential for addressing relevant KPIs adopted in the CARES project

Report on real-world emission factors by vehicle/engine family, on best/worst performing vehicle types, including Euro 6 and RDE emission standards, and high-emitter shares and on the impact of urban area low emission zones (opens in new window)This deliverable will output emission characterisation of the fleet by vehicle type and Euro class determining the share and contribution from possible highemitters in the respective cities and the comparison of emission rates down to the level of engine families for 90 of vehicle models Based on this the impact on pollutant emissions from the whole fleet in Europe by removing highemitters and by applying best in class technology will be estimated eg as a consequence of a more widespread use of RES for inservice testing

Near real-time remote sensing functions (opens in new window)This deliverable involves functions for accessing vehicle specification information from local vehicle registration databases and national cloud services where available in near realtime by utilizing the standardized databases pseudonymization techniques and exchange interfaces developed as part of the other tasks of WP 2
Comprehensive CONOX+ remote sensing database incl. documentation (opens in new window)An enhanced version of Europe's largest remote emission sensing database (CONOX+), with features such as standardized methods and interfaces for integrating and exchanging new raw data and automated processing scripts for cleaning new incoming raw data and merging it with the existing database.
A brochure presenting the aim, scope, expected impact and committed stakeholders of the project for widespread dissemination during the first ~two years of the project.
