Each large-scale study will be synthesised in a document following a common template for all case studies. The report will evaluate all practical issues related to i) the real use of the technologies and indicators all stages along the supply chain, ii) the consequences in term of workload and work organisation, iii) data flow, management and access by all actors, and iv) link between animal welfare with other production parameters. All these should determine the technical and economic viability of the innovative technologies tested.
