Prioritised list of the main welfare issues affecting sheep and goats of the greatest concern to European stakeholders (producers to consumer).

Report on the European production systems in use for sheep and goats, and the associated welfare issues with each stage of the cycle (opens in new window)
Initial Dissemination, Communication & Exploitation Plan (opens in new window)

Initial Dissemination, Communication & Exploitation Plan established

List of gaps concerning further efforts required for innovative PLF tools addressing prioritised welfare issues (opens in new window)

List of gaps concerning further efforts required for innovative PLF tools addressing prioritised welfare issues (i.e. determined in collaboration with WP1 and WP2).

KOM minutes (opens in new window)

Minutes of the KOM distributed

Communication package created (opens in new window)

A communication package will be created and circulated amongst all partners. It will be a practical guide for the partners on how to use the potential various communication/dissemination tools identified.

Risk assessment (opens in new window)

Update of the risks identified for the project, associated to avoidance and mitigation plan for these risks and contingency plan if they occur. This risk assessment will be updated regularly (at M6 & M18)

1st update of Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan done (opens in new window)

A 1st update of Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan will be done. It will be based on the initial information gathered for D7.3, but additional details and information will be added. This plan will be the guide for all actions, measuring achievements (expected achievements are included in section 2.2). It will also guide the communication.

List of organisations and advisory board representatives (opens in new window)
List on the PLF tools and technologies currently in use for ruminant farming systems, their associated main production parameters and addressed animal welfare issues. (opens in new window)
Report of market analysis (opens in new window)

Report of market analysis from visits

Report on suitable welfare assessment methods for the priority welfare issues for European sheep and goat production (opens in new window)
Tool kit established and distributed to all partners (opens in new window)

"Tool kit established and distributed to all partners. It will include 1) a description of ""good practices"" of resource management, to be presented in the administrative and financial implementation manual, emphasising the duties of each partner and setting out the project management procedures; 2) a tool (e.g. excel) to monitor expenses (e.g. financial monitoring); 3) common reference documents such as deliverables and milestones list; 4) a common platform that will be set up to facilitate exchanges of documents and storage of projects’ outputs."

Initial Data Management Plan established (opens in new window)

Initial plan explaining how data will be handled during and after the project. Regular updates at M24 and M36
