KOM minutes (opens in new window)Minutes of the KOM distributed
Communication package created (opens in new window)A communication package will be created and circulated amongst all partners. It will be a practical guide for the partners on how to use the potential various communication/dissemination tools identified.
Risk assessment (opens in new window)Update of the risks identified for the project, associated to avoidance and mitigation plan for these risks and contingency plan if they occur. This risk assessment will be updated regularly (at M6 & M18)
Synthesis of all large-scale studies (opens in new window)Each large-scale study will be synthesised in a document following a common template for all case studies. The report will evaluate all practical issues related to i) the real use of the technologies and indicators all stages along the supply chain, ii) the consequences in term of workload and work organisation, iii) data flow, management and access by all actors, and iv) link between animal welfare with other production parameters. All these should determine the technical and economic viability of the innovative technologies tested.
1st update of Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan done (opens in new window)A 1st update of Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan will be done. It will be based on the initial information gathered for D7.3, but additional details and information will be added. This plan will be the guide for all actions, measuring achievements (expected achievements are included in section 2.2). It will also guide the communication.
List of organisations and advisory board representatives (opens in new window)List on the PLF tools and technologies currently in use for ruminant farming systems, their associated main production parameters and addressed animal welfare issues. (opens in new window)
Report of market analysis (opens in new window)
Report of market analysis from visits

Report on business models development activities (opens in new window)Report on business models development activities (including future ones and incubator seminar). This report will be a blueprint and guide for all the potential technologies (from WP3 and WP5) to be able to achieve market potential.
Synthesis of all pilot trials (opens in new window)A synthesis of all pilot trials results will be gathered in a report, to validate promising innovating technologies and indicators under new operational environmental situations as well as to fine-tune the application of the technologies to be used as an early warning system, if required, before large-scale study.

Steering Committee minutes distributed at M7, M15, M20, M28, M45, M51
Tool kit established and distributed to all partners (opens in new window)"Tool kit established and distributed to all partners. It will include 1) a description of ""good practices"" of resource management, to be presented in the administrative and financial implementation manual, emphasising the duties of each partner and setting out the project management procedures; 2) a tool (e.g. excel) to monitor expenses (e.g. financial monitoring); 3) common reference documents such as deliverables and milestones list; 4) a common platform that will be set up to facilitate exchanges of documents and storage of projects’ outputs."
Initial plan explaining how data will be handled during and after the project. Regular updates at M24 and M36
Practice Abstracts (batch 1) (opens in new window)
"Batch 1 of 40 practice abstracts (20 practice abstracts out of the 40 planned)The resulting innovative knowledge and easy accessible end-user material from this project will feed into the EIP-AGRI (The agricultural European Innovation Partnership) website for broad dissemination. The end-user material to be produced contains a substantial number of summaries for practitioners in the EIP common format (""practice abstracts""), including the characteristics of the project (e.g. contact details of partners, etc). A full package of practice abstracts will be produced by the project, containing all the outcomes/recommendations which are ready for practice."
Practice abstracts (batch 2) (opens in new window)"Batch # 2 of 40 practice abstracts (remaining 20 practice abstracts). The full package of practice abstracts (40) will be produced by the project, containing all the outcomes/recommendations which are ready for practice, into the EIP-AGRI (The agricultural European Innovation Partnership) website for broad dissemination."
