Report of oospore cultivation and processing data n.3

The report is the third one of a series of four documents dedicated to the monitoring and optimisation of the oospore cultivation, harvesting and processing at DEMO scale. The document will update the previous technical information reported regarding the fermentation conditions, sterilisation, mechanical harvesting and processing, indicating the production output in relation to the different parameters optimised during the project.
