This report will cover the ‘landscape’ of existing and planned platforms implemented in different projects for different focus points of data exchanges, will follow recommendations given in the European Smart Grids Task Force Expert Group 1 report to facilitate interoperability

Exploitation and Marketing Plan for the involvement of partners and future customers-final

At the end of the project all findings relevant for the commercial exploitation and market take up of the R&D results of the project will be consolidated in one business plan for each of the individual exploitable results.

Overview of market designs for the procurement of grid services by DSOs and TSOs

This deliverable will provide a theoretical framework which can be used to describe in a uniform way high-level coordination models and more specific market design concepts. In addition, a mapping of the market design concepts of the OneNet clusters with the theoretical framework will be given.

This report will include an assessment on the quality and preparedness of all big data tools to be incorporated in the OneNet Interoperable Network of Platforms, to also guarantee that these tools will be interoperable against all standards used within the project.

Specifications and guidelines for Western

This deliverable will provide guidance for harmonization of the Western Demos, identify common principles and propose recommendations for the specifications of the three demo countries.

OneNet Concept and Requirements

This deliverable will be aimed to elicit the necessary regulatory, technological and IT requirements for scaling up TSO-DSO-large consumers coordination models with a view to provide near real time scalable coordination among market and network operation.

Business Use Cases for the OneNet

The deliverable will present the respective work been done in Task 2.3 and a set of Business Use cases (BUCs) for all OneNet demonstrators in the four clusters, that will materialize the OneNet products and services.

Guidelines for DSO operation and guidelines for data exchange

This report will summarize the guidelines emerging from the new definitions in WP2 and WP3 from the point of view of the DSO, defining also in details the characteristics and properties of the required data exchange. The results will define the specification for the work in WP5 and WP6

This report will describe the needed information structures, functionalities and procedures to facilitate non-discriminatory and open use of flexibility and lowering of entry barriers for flexibilities to participate in markets and meet network needs.

Definition of integrated and fully coordinated markets for the procurement of grid services by DSOs and TSOs

This deliverable provides the specification of a coherent set of integrated and scalable market concepts for the targeted grid services to procure the standard products as defined within the OneNet project. The impact on the role of system operators for the different concepts proposed, will also be described.

Demonstration conclusions and lessons learned - Western Demo

This deliverable will identify key results and main lessons learned to be compared at the project and European level. It will identify different enablers and barriers, as well as to assess the timing of adoption of the proposed solutions.

Recommendation for a consumer-centric product and efficient market design

This deliverable will give a set of recommendations on how to finetune the proposed products and integrated market designs, specifically focusing on the removal of potential market inefficiencies and distortions. Within this respect, specific measures will be proposed to ensure the efficient participation of FSPs to the proposed markets.

First recommendations for the Harmonised Electricity Role Model

This deliverable will use the work been done in WP2 regarding products, services and business use cases to devise first recommendations for the Harmonised Electricity Role Model

Report on Cybersecurity, privacy and other business regulatory requirements

This deliverable will focus on eliciting societal, ethical, legal, data protection and security requirements, with a special attention to cybersecurity and privacy issues potentially arising alomg the design and development of OneNet workbench.

Cluster Demo results evaluation and success metrics analysis - Western Demo

This deliverable will present the KPIs obtained for the Western demo that are further studied in terms of costs, benefits, scalability and replicability potential.

This report covers activities of WP10.5 and will provide details about test execution. Analysis of results, lessons learned, comparison with other demos will be main parts of the deliverable.

This report will describe the Data Integration & Homogenization sub-layer as part of the Decentralized edge-level middleware, evolving the FIWARE reference Architecture for Smart Energy Solutions through mapping and integrating the COSMAG meta-specification for bilateral B2B energy stakeholders.

Validation and results of concept test - Spain

This deliverable will provide the definition and the conditions of the use case scenarios to be tested in Spain, including the evaluation and results of those scenarios.

Exploitation and Marketing Plan for the involvement of partners and future customers-draft

Development of exploitation options and identification of uncertainties (risks and opportunities) will be carried out in collaboration with the Advisory Board.

Report on selection of services

This report will deal in detail with the services and covers activities of WP10.2. Based on current status in each MS involved, frequency and non frequency services will be defined. Special focus will be on standardization of services.

Covers activities of WP10.3. Report will describe how individual platforms at levels of TSO, DSO or member states involved were integrated in a common platform.

Regulatory and Demo Assessment of proposed integrated markets

This deliverable will report on several alignment activities, specifically focusing on the alignment of the proposed market concepts with demo findings and current and future regulatory aspects. These alignment activities include consultation moments with the demo clusters, external workshops and regulatory studies (at EU and national level).

Validation and results of concept test - Portugal

This deliverable will provide the definition and the conditions of the use case scenarios to be tested in Portugal, including the evaluation and results of those scenarios.

Techno-economic assessment of proposed market schemes for standardized products

This deliverable will describe the market schemes required for the different products considering different perspectives: technical, economical and regulatory.

Requirements specification of the pilot projects in Greece and Cyprus

This report deliverable will provide all the details describing what will be the platform implementation and the scenarios of the pilots in Greece and Cyprus, linking with WP2 and WP3.

This report deliverable will provide the details of the “ABCM” platform development and implementation in Cyprus

This report will include the assessment for all legal, regulatory and cybersecurity guidelines and principles, to safeguard that these are incorporated in the design and the development of the OneNet Interoperable Network of platforms.

Final Northern Cluster demonstrator evaluation report

This report will study and evaluate the demonstration of the Northern demonstrator functionalities, their implementation and describe identified possibilities and needs to implement demonstrated content. It will make use of the previous deliverables to concatenate findings and provide an overview of the demonstration phase.

Guidelines for TSO operation and guidelines for data exchange

This report will summarize the guidelines emerging from the new definitions in WP2 and WP3 from the point of view of the TSO, defining also in details the characteristics and properties of the required data exchange. The results will define the specification for the work in WP5 and WP6

Report on DSO & TSO value generation drivers

This report will describe the different value drivers and identify value opportunities for flexibilities from the standpoints of both DSO and TSO networks.

Cybersecurity requirements for Grid Operators

This report will report the operator perspective in the context of the cybersecurity. The work is tight correlation with the deliverable D5.8 in which the general requirements of cybersecurity are defined from a data management perspective. Here the focus is on the operational aspects of grid operators

Validation and results of concept test - France

This deliverable will present the outcomes of task 9.4.1. It will describe the contractual, technical and business process set-up implemented for the demonstration. It will also detail the methodology for the coordination of flexibility executions between the TSO and the DSO.

Report on decentralized edge-level middleware for scalable platform agnostic data management and exchange

This report will include the description of the common data model and all of its technical characteristics to be defined within OneNet, to accommodate the information sharing needs between the OneNet platform actors.

EU wide implementation of market schemes and interoperable platforms

This deliverable will highlight the costs and barriers for EU wide implementation of market schemes and interoperable platforms with the corresponding data exchange protocols and information architecture.

OneNet priorities for KPIs, Scalability and Replicability in view of harmonized EU electricity markets

The deliverable will present the different KPIs for the OneNet demonstrators and project-wide KPIs that assess the impact of the OneNet solutions. The methodology for scalability and replicability to be used in OneNet will be illustrated based on best practices on EU level.

Guidelines for TSO-DSO-Consumer system integration plan

This report will summarize the guidelines emerging from the new definitions in WP2 and WP3 concerning all the interactions among the three key levels: TSO, DSO and customers (including aggregators). The results will define the specification for the work in WP5 and WP6

Report on flexibility availability

This report will be the result of studying the availability of flexibility from different sources and the capabilities of end customers. This report will describe the uptake and participation of end customers and address the routes and means of flexibility to reach the markets and network needs.

This deliverable will provide recommendation for customer engagement in the provision of system services to the system operators based upon consumer-centric products and market designs.

Demo results assessment and data collection report - France

This deliverable will compile the data resulting from the demonstration in France, ensuring data availability, homogeneity and quality for further EU-wide analysis (WP11) and dissemination. It will also describe the main findings resulting from the demonstration.

Evaluation of Demonstrations Results in Greece and Cyprus

This report deliverable will highlight the important points of the demonstrations carried out in Greece and Cyprus, provide the KPIs for technical and market perspective, and evaluate the overall impact of the pilots.

This deliverable will present the data gathering and the results assessment from the different local demos and aggregate the expected economic results coming from the Western demo in order to describe the conditions for the use of flexibility in Portugal.

This deliverable will present the data gathering following CBA and business model frameworks from the three different local demos and aggregate the expected economic results coming from the Western demo.

Scalability and Replicability Analysis for market schemes and platforms

This deliverable will report on the implementation of the proposed solutions on a larger scale or under different context through the Scalability and Replicability Analysis.

OneNet Framework and Components Final Release

This report will include the description of the final implementation of the integrated OneNet Interoperable Network of Platforms by incorporating the described frameworks and components, the interfaces and the communication channels.

A set of standardized products for system services in the TSO-DSO-consumer value chain

The deliverable will present the outcomes of Task 2.2, targeting at a theoretical framework of product attributes, leading to a set of standardized products for OneNet, with the final goal of having a common EU-wide standardized product framework.
