Quality Assurance Plan

This deliverable consists of a document that specifies which procedures and related resources should be applied, who will have to apply them, and when they should be applied during the project. It will also include the procedures to be used for the impact analysis of PRODIGIO in terms of tracking of established KPIs, identification of deviations, establishment of corrective actions, and monitoring of their implementation within the project. This deliverable refers to task 7.3.

Dissemination Report 2

This deliverable consists of a report containing an up to date list of all items produced by M34 to communicate to the stakeholders and general public including news, press releases, newsletters, videos, pre-prints, manuscripts, and other public deliverables.

Project Management Plan

This deliverable consists of a document that defines a project management procedure to be followed during the execution of the project, including a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It will include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks. The PMP will be revised once before the end of the first reporting period and once before the end of the second reporting period. This deliverable refers to task 7.1.

Report of the first meeting with SAB

This deliverable consists of a report that includes all recommendations from the 1st meeting held with the SAB. This deliverable refers to tasks 7.1 and 7.3.
