SHIFT requirements, user evaluation guidelines and acceptance metrics

It reports the functional and non-functional requirements of the SHIFT system as well as the user evaluation guidelines for assessing the provided tools’ usability, accessibility and user acceptance. Furthermore, specific acceptance metrics will be also detailed regarding the overall SHIFT platform.

SHIFT deployment lifespan roadmap, content aggregation and distribution process

Specifies the roadmap for the SHIFT components deployment lifespan regarding the overall infrastructure sustainability as well as the analysis of the content aggregation and distribution process from the end-user organizations to technology providers.
