Opis projektu

Smart, sustainable mobility ¿ Preparing public procurement for innovative solutions on intelligent transport systems for smart sustainable mobility

P4ITS will create a network of individuals and organisations experienced in procurement of cooperative ITS (or experienced in other ITS procurement but expecting to shortly embark on deploying C-ITS), willing to improve the market roll-out of innovative transport systems through public procurement, and concerned by the legal and operational challenges linked to the commercial procurement of complex innovations. These organisations are therefore willing to create a network where they can explore common issues and themes with their counterparts from other entities and countries, with a view to developing a more concerted approach in Europe, and to a certain extent, identify how to overcome the related barriers to deployment.
