Software Framework-version 1

Software Framework, incl. Citizen science ontology, open-source web-based editor, RESTful services. This deliverable combines a list of offerings such as the software framework and citizen science ontology but also will ensure the delivery of the implemented RESTful services as it will derive from T3.4. Three iterations will follow depicting the ameliorated versions of the offerings. Version 1.
