Update 2 of the promotion, dissemination and exploitation activities

This report will include the progress achieved at month 28 by the promotion, dissemination and exploitation activities and will define modifications for its final deployment in order to ensure the wide impact of the project.

Marketing campaign

This will be an output of task 9.3 where the marketing strategy will be defined.

Best practices for player awareness

This will be an output of task 8.2 in which experiences collected from the players will be used to develop best practices and guidelines.

Dissemination and awareness plan

This report describes the plan developed in order to achieve a wide impact by carrying out dissemination, communication, promotion and awareness activities.

ICT deployment recommendations for public buildings

This report will include a set of recommendations obtained after the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the pilot buildings.

Update 1 of the promotion, dissemination and exploitation activities

This report will include the progress achieved at month 20 by the promotion, dissemination and exploitation activities and will define modifications for its future deployment in order to ensure the wide impact of the project.

Game vision

Description of the story and basic characteristics of TRIBE’s game.

Final report on promotion, dissemination and exploitation activities and materials

Description of the activities performed and materials used in the promotion, dissemination and exploitation of the project and analysis of their effectiveness in function of the results obtained.

Analysis of energy efficiency measures

A set of more than 200 measures for energy efficiency will be defined and assessed in this report.

Methodology for the monitoring phase replication at EU level

This report will collect the final monitoring plan once it has been validated in order to establish a common methodology that ensures its replication in European public buildings.

Independent TRIBE impact assessment

A report including the results of the independent TRIBE impact assessment performed.

Demonstrators, pilots, prototypes (2)

TRIBE Release Candidate version

The game will be ready to be tested by real players on the platforms it has been designed for.

TRIBE live release

The final version of TRIBE including the recommendations made by the players that tested the game before its releasing to the wide audience.

This deliverable defines the pack that will be offered in order to obtain energy savings in other European public buildings.
