Questionnaire for healthcare professionals

KCL will design a questionnaire with the aim to get a comprehensive view on the current pathways and gaps in the management of multimorbid elderly AF patients The questionnaire will be tailored to healthcare providers located in various centres in Europe Specific questions will be based on a the knowledge and insights retrieved from WP1 b the available literature and c the expertise of all consortium partners collected during the workshop coupled with the project kickoff meeting The empty questionnaire will be submitted as a deliverable
